You have Google, ChatGPT, TikTok, and Reddit.
So why pay me? Because I treat your dreams as if they were my own.
You've probably tried the obvious stuff.
Self-help books. Podcasts. Maybe therapy—which helped, but only so far. Maybe journaling, meditation, or one of those apps that promises clarity in ten minutes a day.
And yet the thing is still there. The dissatisfaction. The sense that you're capable of more but can't access it. The feeling that everyone else got a manual you didn't.
The gap isn't information. You have plenty of information. The gap is translation—turning what you know into what you do.
What Happens in a Session
We go where logic can't take you.
We spend a minute or two becoming grounded and present. Then ten to fifteen minutes talking about you and what you're facing—the dilemma.
Then we engage with the unconscious. Dreams, active imagination, or other tools—whatever wants to come forward. This is where we discover what's holding you back. A lifelong-held belief. A misalignment between who you are and who you're pretending to be.
It's not uncommon for sessions to bring up a lot of emotions. That's OK. Sometimes necessary.
Once we make the discovery, we look at ways to make it conscious—whether that's a significant life change or a small gesture to honor the insight.
I practice what I preach.
When I found the Institute for Dream Studies, I applied immediately. They told me to "dream on it" before deciding. So I did.
I dreamed I was in a mansion's basement. A celebrity-type figure encouraged me to try on his suit. "It's a little big on you," he said, "but you'll grow into it."
I took the message. I was working full-time, welcoming my youngest of four kids, and committing to rigorous coursework. A lot to "wear." But the dream was clear: I'd grow into it. I enrolled.
I have even dreamed of my clients' dreams and gained additional insights to offer them. That's how seriously I take this.
This is for you if...
- — You want "follow your dreams" to be more than a university slogan.
- — You're successful by external measures, but sensing something's missing.
- — You've tried therapy, got insights, but nothing fundamentally shifted.
- — You still have a shred of hope that you have something to offer the world.
FAQ
Questions you might have.
Sessions are 60 minutes. Sometimes we go a few minutes over if we're in the middle of something important—I don't cut you off mid-insight.
Not necessarily. If you don't remember dreams, we can work with active imagination or other depth psychology techniques. That said, if you want to start remembering dreams, I'll teach you how.
No. I'm not a licensed therapist. This is coaching informed by Jungian psychology and dreamwork. If you're dealing with acute mental health issues, I'll refer you to someone qualified. This work is for people who are functional but stuck.
Depends on what you're working through. Some people get what they need in one or two sessions. Others work with me for months. We'll figure it out as we go.
Good. Skepticism means you're thinking critically. I'm not asking you to believe anything—I'm asking you to try it and see what happens. If it doesn't work for you, fair enough.
24 hours notice. Life happens—I get it—but I need time to offer the slot to someone else.

First session is where we figure out if this work makes sense for you. We'll talk about what's going on, do some initial exploration, and see if there's a fit.
No pressure. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you—and point you somewhere that might be.
