THE WORK · 1:1 JUNGIAN COACHING & DREAMWORK, ONLINE

You have Google, ChatGPT, TikTok, and Reddit. So why pay me? Because I treat your dreams as if they were my own.

I PRACTICE WHAT I PREACH

When I found the Institute for Dream Studies, I applied immediately. They told me to "dream on it" before deciding. So I did.

I dreamed I was in a mansion's basement. A celebrity-type figure encouraged me to try on his suit. "It's a little big on you," he said, "but you'll grow into it."

I was working full-time, welcoming my youngest of four kids, and committing to rigorous coursework. A lot to "wear." But the dream was clear: I'd grow into it. I enrolled.

I fully commit to this work. There have been times where I have even dreamed of my clients' dreams, or had an ah-ha! moment about their dreams months later, and shared those additional insights with them.

You've probably tried the obvious stuff.

Self-help books, podcasts, maybe therapy, all of which helped, yet you still find yourself looking. Perhaps you then tried journaling, meditation, or one of those apps that promises clarity in ten minutes a day.

And yet the thing is still there, your sense of dissatisfaction, the feeling that you're capable of more but can't quite reach it, even with all the information of the internet and AI at your fingertips.

You have plenty of information, so what's the problem? I suspect it might be that you haven't turned to your dreams. What would happen if you sat with your dreams, alongside your questions, instead of looking for answers?

We go where logic can't take you.

We spend a minute or two becoming grounded and present. Then ten to fifteen minutes talking about you and what you're facing: the dilemma.

Then we engage with the unconscious: your dreams, some active imagination, or other tools. This is where we discover what's holding you back. It could be a lifelong-held belief that misaligns who you are with who you believe you are (or should be).

It's not uncommon for sessions to bring up a lot of emotions. That's OK. In my experience, it is absolutely necessary.

Once we make the discovery, we look at ways to make it conscious, whether that's a significant life change or a small gesture to honor the insight.

THE CORE OF THE PRACTICE

Single sessions exist: $175, 60 minutes, on Zoom. Bring a dream, a decision you're stuck on, or a pattern you keep running into.

Questions you might have.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 60 minutes. Sometimes we go a few minutes over if we're in the middle of something important. I don't cut you off mid-insight.

Do I need to remember my dreams?

Not necessarily. If you don't remember dreams, we can work with active imagination or other depth psychology techniques. That said, if you want to start remembering dreams, I'll teach you how.

Is this therapy?

No. I'm not a licensed therapist. This is coaching informed by Jungian psychology and dreamwork. If you're dealing with acute mental health issues, I'll refer you to someone qualified. This work is for people who are functional but stuck. I work alongside therapy, never in place of it (IASD ethics, referral list and all).

How many sessions do I need?

Depends on what you're working through. Some people get what they need in one or two sessions. Others work with me for months. We'll figure it out as we go.

What if I'm skeptical about dream interpretation?

Good. Skepticism means you're thinking critically. I'm not asking you to believe anything. I'm asking you to try it and see what happens. If it doesn't work for you, fair enough.

What's your cancellation policy?

24 hours notice. Life happens (I get it) but I need time to offer the slot to someone else.

What did you dream last night?

Bring it to a dream call. Fifteen minutes, no charge.
