Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Inner Echoes Coaching website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services Description
Inner Echoes Coaching provides Jungian coaching and dreamwork services. Our services are educational and developmental in nature and are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or professional mental health services.
Not Therapy or Medical Advice
Important Notice: Jaxon Peterson is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. The coaching services provided are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing acute mental health issues, trauma, or require clinical treatment, you should seek services from a licensed mental health professional.
Our services are intended for individuals who are functional but seeking personal development, self-exploration, and insight through Jungian psychology and dreamwork.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your situation and goals
- Communicate openly and honestly during sessions
- Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions
- Notify us if you are under the care of a mental health professional
- Inform us of any changes to your mental or physical health that may impact coaching
Booking and Scheduling
Session Booking
Sessions are scheduled through our online booking system (TidyCal). By booking a session, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or provide appropriate notice for cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice required. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment or a cancellation fee.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Full session fees apply regardless of late arrival.
Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made. We accept payment through our secure payment processor.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- You are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by your payment method
Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality regarding the content of coaching sessions, subject to the following exceptions:
- You provide written consent to disclose information
- Disclosure is required by law or court order
- There is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others
- Information is needed for professional consultation (anonymized)
Note: As a coach (not a licensed therapist), conversations are not protected under therapist-client privilege in the same way as therapy.
Limitations and Disclaimers
No Guarantees
While we strive to provide valuable guidance, coaching outcomes vary by individual. We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Echoes Coaching, LLC and Jaxon Peterson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Emergency Situations
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, contact 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988. Coaching services are not equipped to handle crisis situations.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials provided during coaching, are the property of Inner Echoes Coaching, LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
- Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Collect information about other users without consent
Code of Conduct
We adhere to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics and the International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD) ethical guidelines. Clients are expected to treat the coach and coaching relationship with respect.
We reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship if:
- The client is disrespectful, abusive, or threatening
- The client is not a suitable fit for coaching services
- The client requires clinical services beyond the scope of coaching
- There is a conflict of interest or ethical concern
Testimonials and Reviews
By submitting a testimonial or review, you grant us permission to use your feedback (with or without your name) in our marketing materials. You may request removal of your testimonial at any time.
Email Communications
By providing your email address, you consent to receive communications from us including appointment confirmations, newsletters, and promotional materials. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation before pursuing legal action.
Governing Law

Severability
