CERTIFIED JUNGIAN COACH · CERTIFIED DREAMWORK PROFESSIONAL · PRACTICING UNDER IASD ETHICS

ETHICS & SCOPE

This isn't therapy. It's not meant to replace it.

Therapy has its place. If you're working through trauma, processing grief, or managing a mental health condition, a licensed therapist is who you need.

This work fills a different gap. It's for people who've done the insight work but need help translating it into action: functional but unfulfilled, with problems that are less clinical than existential.

I work alongside therapy, never in place of it (IASD ethics, referral list and all).

Where the lines are.

What I do
Dreamwork. Active imagination. Jungian coaching. Referrals when you need someone I'm not.
What I don't do
Diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions. I'm not a licensed therapist.
In a crisis
In the US, call or text 988.

What I'm trained in.

Certified through Jungian Coaching School (ICF-accredited, so I adhere to ICF ethics) and the Institute for Dream Studies. I align my dreamwork practice with IASD ethical guidelines.

Referrals and what stays private.

If you're dealing with acute mental health issues, I'll refer you to someone qualified. I've never had to. But I have close ties to several therapists in Utah and across the USA, and I'd reach out to them for their opinion on who would work best with your circumstances.

Dreamwork and 1:1 sessions are absolutely confidential. Dreams are personal. In the Circle we use Vegas rules: what is shared in the group, stays in the group. I hold everyone to that.

Are you a therapist? There's a Circle just for clinicians, too.

If we're not a fit, I'll tell you, and point you somewhere that might be.
